I’m José Paradas, a Venezuelan photographer based in Canada. I’m especially drawn to nature, astrophotography, and the small details that connect us with a place. For me, photography is not only about documenting what is in front of me, but about preserving the feeling of being there.

My photography is shaped by curiosity, patience, and the desire to notice what usually goes unseen: the quiet light before sunrise, the texture of a landscape, the presence of wildlife, or the vastness of the night sky. Through my camera, I try to capture moments that feel honest, atmospheric, and alive.
